Here's my "famous" Jin x Xiaoyu artwork. [link]
Here's another version where I include a little poem inspired by Jin's and Xiaoyu's Tekken 6 profiles. [link]
And since I was so full of it, I also made a wallpaper version. [link]
Here's my original rough sketch before I colored it. [link]
Now...what's this? [link]
Take note that the person responsible for this said that it's her the newest art...
Not only that, there's also this video, where whoever he is featured the wallpaper version... [link]
Check out 0:53...perhaps my only complaint here is that I didn't understand the song at all.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...but if this is the case, then flattery failed.
No, seriously, I don't really think that these two things are big deal; instead, I think that they're paying homage not only to the characters depicted in my drawing, but to me as well, for producing such artwork. What will upset me is when someone blatantly saves my artwork from their browser and submit it on deviantART as if it's their own. Actually, it did happen one time, but I was too late to give the art thief a piece of my mind because someone reported the theft for my sake, an act that I am grateful for.
Anyway, it will almost be a year since I drew. I will challenge myself to post a new hand-drawn artwork on deviantART, even if it's just one artwork, before this year ends.
Why does it feel great when your Jin X Xiaoyu artwork is the top search result in all-time-favorite "Jin x Xiaoyu" artworks on deviantART? (Sorry for bragging, I rarely do it anyway. Hehehehe)
